Terms of Use

Last updated: October 21, 2026 · Provider: OTJH LLC (PLOS) · Contact: info@plosapp.com

1. Agreement

By installing or using PLOS you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What PLOS does (and does not do)

PLOS helps you organize documents, bills, subscriptions and reminders, and suggests due dates and amounts using on-device text recognition. PLOS does not pay your bills, move money or contact your providers.

Detected amounts, dates and categories can be wrong. Review them before relying on them. Reminders depend on your device (battery settings, permissions, time zone) and may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on PLOS alone for critical deadlines. PLOS does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

3. Your account

You can use PLOS without an account. If you create one, give a valid email address, keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services.

4. Your content

Your documents and data remain yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to run the features you turn on (for example, storing your synced records and files in your private cloud space). You are responsible for having the right to store the documents you add.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PLOS to break the law, to store content you have no right to keep, to try to access other people's data, to interfere with or overload our services, or to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

6. Premium subscriptions

Cloud sync and backup are part of PLOS Premium, billed through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Google Play account and renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Prices and features may change; we will tell you before a price change affects your subscription.

Without Premium the app keeps working locally. If a subscription ends, you can still read, export and delete your data in the cloud, but you cannot add or change synced data.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep PLOS and its cloud services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of important changes.

8. Disclaimer

PLOS is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranty other than those that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OTJH LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including late fees, missed payments or lost data resulting from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using PLOS and delete your data and account at any time inside the app (Settings → Privacy → Delete my data). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to OTJH LLC's place of registration, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.

12. Changes and contact

We will publish changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. Questions? Write to info@plosapp.com.
